Pacific Neuro Rehabilitation is dedicated to expanding access to intensive, high-quality, one-on-one neurologic rehabilitation within the community. We support individuals recovering from stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury and other neurologic conditions as they transition from inpatient care into the next phase of recovery.

Our approach is centered on individualized, in-home care—meeting people where they are and focusing on meaningful, functional progress in real-life environments. By providing attentive, one-on-one sessions, we create a space where individuals feel supported, seen, and empowered as they continue moving forward in their recovery.

We believe recovery does not end at discharge. Our mission is to eliminate barriers to ongoing neurologic rehabilitation by making specialized consistent care accessible beyond hospital settings–empowering individuals to continue progressing, regain independence, and rebuild their lives within their own communities.

As Pacific Neuro Rehab grows, our vision is to further expand into a dedicated outpatient space while continuing to prioritize access to neurologic services with the same thoughtful, patient-centered approach.
